Shivam Cements Limited has announced a higher dividend for the fiscal year 2081/82, surpassing last year’s payout.
Dividend Details
The company’s board, in its meeting held on Kartik 30, approved the following proposal based on the current paid-up capital of Rs. 5,45,68,08,500:
2.5% Bonus Shares
10% Cash Dividend (for tax purposes)
The proposed dividend will be distributed after approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
