ICFC Finance Limited has announced a 15.79 percent cash dividend from the profit of the fiscal year 2081/82. The decision was made during the company’s Board of Directors meeting held on Kartik 23.
The proposed dividend will be distributed based on the existing paid-up capital of Rs. 1.18 billion, after the approval from the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
Compared to last year, when the company had distributed only a 5.26 percent cash dividend, this year’s payout is significantly higher.
