Laxmi Sunrise Bank Limited has proposed a total dividend of 10.53% for the fiscal year 2081/82, continuing its practice of offering bonus shares.
Dividend Details
The bank’s board, in its meeting held on November 15, 2025, approved the dividend based on the current paid-up capital of Rs. 24,34,65,12,000, with the following breakdown:
10% Bonus Shares
0.53% Cash Dividend (for tax purposes)
The proposed dividend will be distributed after approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
Comparison with Previous Years
FY 2079/80: 7.37% total dividend
FY 2080/81: 5.26% total dividend
Following the bank’s merger, this year marks the highest dividend distribution in its history.
