Nepal Hydro Developers has announced a total dividend of 9.47% for the fiscal year 2081/82.
Dividend Details
The company’s board, in its meeting held on Friday, approved the following distribution based on the current paid-up capital:
9% Bonus Shares – Equivalent to Rs. 3,49,37,699.67
0.47% Cash Dividend (for tax purposes) – Equivalent to Rs. 18,38,826.30
The proposed dividend will be distributed to shareholders after approval from the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
