The SY Panel Nepal IPO has received an overwhelming response from investors nationwide. According to CDS and Clearing Limited (CDSC), the IPO — open from Kartik 19 to Kartik 23, 2082 — drew 21,29,715 applications, demanding a total of 2 crore 46 lakh 32 thousand 630 shares.
Since only 40 lakh 76 thousand 156 shares were available for general investors, the issue has been oversubscribed more than six times, meaning only about 4 lakh 7 thousand 615 applicants will get shares after the allotment.
When Is SY Panel Nepal IPO Result Expected?
According to Prabhu Capital Limited, the issue and sales manager, the pre-allotment process is likely to be completed early next week, and the IPO result is expected to be published by the end of the week.
Update: According to the issue manager Prabhu Capital Limited, the allotment has been scheduled for tomorrow (November 15) at 11 AM at Siddhartha Cottage, Naxal.

The IPO for Nepalis abroad was open from Asoj 7 to Asoj 10 and allotted on Asoj 23, while the project-affected locals’ allotment was done on Kartik 2.

The Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) had approved SY Panel Nepal Limited to issue 52,32,548 shares, equivalent to 40 percent of its paid-up capital, worth Rs. 52 crore 32 lakh 54 thousand 800.
