Credit rating agency ICRA Nepal has announced its 13th Annual General Meeting (AGM). A meeting of the company’s board of directors decided to hold the AGM on Mangsir 3 at Aloft Kathmandu, Thamel, starting from 2 PM.
The AGM will endorse a 47.311415277% cash dividend (including tax) of the company’s current paid-up capital for the previous fiscal year.
The meeting will also discuss and approve the annual report of fiscal year 2081/82 presented by the chairman, the auditor’s report and financial statements of the same year, and will appoint an auditor for fiscal year 2082/83 along with determining their remuneration. Additionally, the AGM will include the election of the board of directors.
