Barun Hydropower Company Limited has completed the distribution of unsold right shares that were auctioned earlier. According to the sales manager, RBB Merchant, the allocation took place on Kartik 2.
The company had opened the auction for unsold right shares from Bhadra 29 to Ashoj 12, offering a total of 2 lakh 38 thousand 443 shares under the public category. The bids submitted during the auction were opened on Ashoj 28, and the cut-off price was fixed at Rs. 284.60 per share. Applicants who bid above Rs. 284.60 received full allotment, while those who bid exactly Rs. 284.60 got shares on a proportional basis.
Barun Hydropower has stated that the refund for unsuccessful applicants will be transferred to their bank accounts via IPS from Kartik 12 onward.
