Citizens Capital Gets Approval to Run Citizens Balanced Scheme

Kathmandu, 18 November 2025 — Citizens Capital Limited has received approval from the Nepal Securities Board to launch a new mutual fund scheme called the Citizens Balanced Scheme.

The company got the permit on 9 Mangsir 2082 B.S.

The scheme will issue 10 crore units, each valued at NPR 10 per unit. The plan is set to operate as a closed-end fund.

Citizens Capital Limited will manage the fund and also handle the unit sale and allotment process.

Citizens Balanced Scheme Details

Citizens Capital Limited will act as both the fund manager and the issue and sales manager for the scheme. The plan includes issuing 10 crore units, each priced at NPR 10 per unit. Since the face value of one unit is NPR 10, the total issue size will also stand at NPR 10 crore.
