The IPO result of SY Panel Nepal Limited is published. According to the issue manager Prabhu Capital Limited, the allotment has been completed today (November 16, Sunday( at 12:30 PM at Siddhartha Cottage.

The IPO had opened for general investors from Kartik 19 to Kartik 23, 2082, and received a massive response from applicants all over the country.

Oversubscribed by Over 6 Times

CDS and Clearing Limited (CDSC) reported that the IPO received 21,29,715 applications, requesting a total of 2 crore 46 lakh 32 thousand 630 shares.

However, only 40 lakh 76 thousand 156 shares were reserved for general investors.
This means the issue has been oversubscribed by more than six times, and only around 4,07,615 applicants will receive shares during the allotment.

Previous Allotments Already Completed

Before opening the IPO for general investors, the company had already completed allotments for:

  • Project-affected locals (allotted on Kartik 2)

  • Nepalis working abroad (open from Asoj 7 to Asoj 10; allotted on Asoj 23)

IPO Details

SEBON had approved SY Panel Nepal Limited to issue:

  • 52,32,548 shares (40% of paid-up capital)

  • Total worth: Rs. 52 crore 32 lakh 54 thousand 800

Breakdown of share allocation:

  • 2% (2,61,629 shares) – Project-affected locals

  • 10% (4,97,092 shares) – Nepalis working abroad

  • 1,49,127 shares – Employees

  • 2,48,546 shares – Mutual funds

  • Remaining shares – General public

Step 5: Click “View Result”

After entering your details, click the “View Result” button. The system will show one of two results:

  • Allotted: You have been allocated shares. The allotted quantity will also be displayed.
  • Not Allotted: You were not allotted any shares.

2. Checking IPO Result via Mero Share

If you have a Mero Share account, you can check your IPO allotment there as well:

  1. Log in to https://meroshare.cdsc.com.np.
  2. Go to the My ASBA menu.
  3. Click Application Report.
  4. Select the Sy Panel Nepal.
