The Initial Public Offering (IPO) of Swastik Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has been officially listed on the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE).
According to NEPSE, a total of 577,500 shares of the company were listed on Monday, Kartik 24, 2082 (November 10, 2025).
With the listing complete, trading of Swastik Laghubitta shares will begin from Tuesday. The first transaction will take place during Tuesday’s special pre-opening session.
Opening Price Range
NEPSE has set the opening range for the company’s first trading between Rs. 171.78 and Rs. 515.34 per share. The first transaction can take place at any price within this range.
