Sikles Hydropower is going to issue 20 lakh unit shares in IPO to general public. BoK Capital is the issue manager for the IPO. Sikles Hydropower is a 13 MW Madi Gaupalika based hydro in Kaski district and is under operation since Chaitra 19, 2074.
The project built on the “Run-of-the river” technology has signed an agreement with Nepal Electricity Authority to trade in electricity for Rs 7 per unit during the winter and Rs 4 per unit during the monsoon.
