Sewa Hydro Limited is set to issue an Initial Public Offering (IPO) for the general public. The company’s board, in its meeting held on Mangsir 2, 2082, approved the proposal to launch the IPO.
AGM Details
To pass the IPO proposal and related matters, the company has called its 14th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Mangsir 27, 2082, at the company’s registered office in Baneshwor, Kathmandu, starting at 10:00 AM.
During the AGM, shareholders will:
Approve the IPO issuance and authorize the board of directors to manage its execution.
Review and approve the annual report and financial statements for FY 2081/82.
Appoint the auditor for the current fiscal year and decide on their remuneration.
