Sanima Bank Limited has appointed Pawan Kumar Acharya as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The decision was made during the bank’s board meeting held on Kartik 24, 2082.
Acharya, who was previously serving as the Deputy CEO, will now lead the bank for a four-year term.
According to the company’s latest financial report, Sanima Bank has a paid-up capital of Rs. 13.58 billion and earned a net profit of over Rs. 454.9 million in the first quarter of the current fiscal year. The bank’s distributable profit stands at more than Rs. 2.13 billion.
The board members have expressed confidence that Acharya, with his strong leadership experience as Deputy CEO, will continue to guide the bank successfully in his new role.
