Mandu Hydropower Limited has announced a dividend for its shareholders from the profits of the fiscal year 2081/82. The board of directors meeting of company held on Jeth 18 decided to distribute this dividend.
According to decision, the company has proposed to give 10 percent bonus shares from the current paid-up capital of 1 arba 36 crore 36 lakh 37 thousand rupees. Along with this, they have proposed 0.5263 percent cash dividend for tax purpose. In total, the company is planning to distribute 10.5263 percent dividend to the shareholders.
This proposed dividend will distribute to shareholders only after getting approval from the Electricity Regulatory Commission and the upcoming Annual General Meeting of the company.
