Swet Ganga Hydro Power issued 23,89,500 units IPO to the general public. Sanima Capital is the issue manager. Swet Ganga Hydro Power is going to issue 47.79 lakh unit shares to the general public.
Swet Ganga Hydropower & Construction Ltd. (SGHCL) was established on 17 Falgun 2061 (28 February 2005) in Kathmandu, Nepal, under the Nepal Government’s Act. SGHCL is a sister organization of Sanima Hydro Group. It is working on Tallo Likhu Jalvidhyut Aayojana which lies in Likhu Tamakoshi Rural Municipality of Ramechhap District on the right bank of Likhu River with an installed capacity of 28.1 MW. The project is a Run-of-River (RoR) type project lying at Ramechhap, Bagmati Province and Okhaldhunga District, Providence 1, Nepal.

According to the company, the electricity generated from the project will be connected to the national grid through a 23 km long, 132 kV transmission line at the new Khimti substation.
