The Nepal Stock Exchange has listed the bonus shares of three distinct companies on Monday. Investors will soon be able to trade the newly listed shares of Super Mai Hydropower Limited, Neco Insurance Limited, and NMB Bank Limited on the secondary market.
Super Mai Hydropower Bonus Shares
Super Mai Hydropower Limited has listed 10 lakh 70 thousand units of bonus shares on the local bourse. This volume represents a 20 percent bonus share distribution approved by the company. Shareholders will be allowed to trade these shares in the market once the units are credited to their individual demat accounts.
Neco Insurance Bonus Shares
Similarly, Neco Insurance Limited has listed 8 lakh 7 thousand 460 units of bonus shares on the stock market. The listed quantity corresponds to a 3 percent bonus share dividend. These shares will become tradable immediately after they reflect in the beneficial owner accounts of the respective investors.
NMB Bank Bonus Shares
Alongside the other two companies, NMB Bank Limited has successfully listed 91 lakh 83 thousand 352.98 units of bonus shares. The bank had earlier declared a 5 percent bonus share dividend for its shareholders. The newly listed shares can be traded on the Nepal Stock Exchange floor once they are successfully deposited into the demat accounts of the shareholders.
