Upcoming IPO : Madhya Bhotekoshi Jalvidyut Company To Issue 1.5 Crore Shares

Good news for the investors in Nepal as Madhya Bhotekoshi Jalvidyut Company is going to issue 1.5 crore shares to the general public and the locals. The  company received approval from the regulatory body SEBON ( Baisakh 05, 2078.) to issue its IPO to the general public on  and project affected people.  Madhya Bhotekoshi Jalavidyut Company Ltd. was established on July 29, 2010. Chilime Hydropower  company limited (CHCL) and Nepal electric authority is one of the major stakeholder in the company.

Madhya Bhotekoshi Jalavidyut Company Limited (MBJCL) is a subsidiary company of Chilime Hydropower Company Limited.

It is based on run-of-river model and will generate 102 MW electricity. Middle Bhotekoshi Hydroelectric Project is located in the Sindhupalchowk district of Nepal.

Acccording to the company, The 1,50,00,000 shares will be issued to the general public and the locals. Out of the 1,50,00,000 shares, 10% of the shares will be issued to the locals and 15% to the general public. Company has appointed the Global IME Capital as the issue manager for the IPO.  CRNL has assigned ‘CARE-NP IPO Grade 4+’ to the  Initial Public Offering (IPO) of Madhya Bhotekoshi Jalavidyut Company Limited (MBJCL).
