Buddha Bhumi Nepal Hydro Power Company with the under-construction project of a 5MW project in Tadi Khola of Nuwakot District is going to issue 12 lakhs unit of shares as an IPO. 4 lakh unit of shares is allocated for the locals of the project affected area.
After the IPO issue, the paid-up capital of the company will be Rs. 40 crores. The promoters of the hydropower will hold 70% of the total capital while the ordinary shareholders will hold 30%. Civil Capital Market is the issue manager.
Facts About The Project Site:
The headworks area of the hydropower lies about 150 M downstream from the confluence of the Tadi Khola & Chake Khola. The Powerhouse is proposed to be built on the left bank of the alluvium deposit. It is located about 300 M upstream of the headworks of the Aadishakti Hydro Power Plant (5 MW).
