Good news for the investors as another Laghubitta is planning to go public. Adarsha Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has called its 3rd AGM on 31st Ashar, 2078. In the meeting, the company is going to pass the proposal of IPO issuance for 30% of its paid-up capital.

The microfinance has appointed BOK Capital Market as issue manager for the IPO. According to the company, they are going to issue 60 thousand unit ordinary shares in IPO for the general public.
