Hotel Sarathi to Issue IPO
Hotel Sarathi Pvt. Ltd. is preparing to issue IPO as the team behind Hotel Sarathi has signed an agreement to issue Initial Public Offering (IPO). Citizens Capital Limited is the issue manager for its IPO.Hotel Sarathi will issue 15 lakh ordinary shares, representing 30% of its issued capital. The official signing ceremony was held at Hotel Sarathi, Dhulikhel, where the hotel’s Executive Chairman, Mr. Pralhad Pyakurel, and the CEO of Citizens Capital, Mr. Sabir Bade Shrestha, signed the agreement for the further process of IPO.
Established in 2072, Hotel Sarathi is situated in the popular tourist destination of Dhulikhel. Hotel has 80 rooms in categories like Presidential Suite, Suite, Premium, and Deluxe along with four conference halls with capacities ranging from 20 to 400 people. Group has already launched its second property in Sauraha, Chitwan.
