Sikles Hydropower Limited issued 11,50,000 unit shares of Rs 100 face value. Sikles Hydropower IPO is open from 29th Bhadra, 2079 to 2nd Ashwin. If the issue is not fully subscribed then Sikles Hydropower IPO can be extended up to Ashwin 12, 2079. According to the company, the paid-up capital of the company will reach Rs. 85 Crores after the IPO. The company is setting up a 13MW run-of-the-river Madkyu Khola Hydroelectric Project (MKHP) in the Kaski District of Nepal.
