The Company also obtained an operating license from the Registrar Office of Companies (ROC) on 1st September 2009 (2066.05.16) along with the license of the underwriting of Securities from Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) on 9th September 2010 (2067.05.24).
Prabhu Capital has the authorized capital of Rs. 1.11 billion and paid-up capital of Rs 1 billion. The total number of promoters of Prabhu Capital is 57 and they include 11 Development Bank, 6 Commercial Bank, 1 Finance, 2 Private Companies/Investment Companies, and 37 Individual.
Dinesh Thakali is the managing director of Prabhu Capital at the moment.
