Buddha Bhumi Nepal Hydro Power Company Limited is going to issue IPO. SEBON approved the application of the hydropower company regarding the issue of IPO. After the IPO issue, the paid-up capital of the company will be Rs. 40 crores. Civil Capital Market is the issue manager. The promoters will hold 70% of the total capital while the ordinary shareholders will hold 30%.
