NIBL Ace Capital is the issue manager. SEBON approved the proposal on Shrawan 14. Sahas Urja Ltd.(SUL) was established on Magh 2070 B.S. It was converted to the public limited company on Bhadra 2071 B.S.
Promoted by the private power producers, the Solu Khola project is the biggest hydro project in Nepal.
