Singita Hydro Energy Limited is issuing an IPO to the general public from today. You can apply to this IPO from 6th Chaitra to 10th Chaitra, 2077. 29 lakh shares of 1.45 crore total registered shares will be issued to the general public in this IPO. If the issue is not subscribed by the early closing date, the deadline can be extended up to Chaitra 20.

Investors can apply for a minimum of 10 units and a maximum of 2,00,000 units. Mega Capital Markets Limited has been appointed as the issue manager for the IPO issuance. The issue was oversubscribed by more than 8.47 times.

14,50,000 units share is already offered to locals of project areas. After the issuance of shares, company capital will be Rs 1.5 Arba, and public and promoter shares holding will be 70:30.

Facts About Singati Hydro Energy

Singati Hydro Energy Pvt. Ltd was established under the company Act 2063, in 2067 to develop the Singati Khola Hydropower Project, Dolakha. The company was previously managed another management team. Singati hydro is under the new management team since 2069  under the chairmanship of Mr. Batu Lamichhane.

How to check the result of Singati Hydro Energy IPO

To check your IPO result, You need to visit the MeroShare application or the website of the issue manager. 58,000 units were allocated for the employees of the company and another 5% to mutual funds. Meanwhile, The remaining 26,97,000 units were set aside for individual investors. There were 15,59,802 valid applicants who had applied for a total of 2,27,68,260 units.  5,728 applicants who applied for 81,410 units were disqualified.

Update: A total of 2,69,700 applicants were allotted 10 units and sadly the remaining 12,90,102 applicants were returned empty hands.
