Mahila Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Ltd. is issuing 400,000 units of initial public offerings (IPO). Mahila Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has received approval from the Securities Board of Nepal to issue an IPO. The Mahila Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Ltd. has Rs 60 million as its paid-up capital. Its paid-up capital will reach Rs 100 million following the issuance of IPO. The company has 10 lakh registered shares. It’s Central Office is located in Sanga-13, Kavre and working area is all district of Nepal.
Nepal SBI Merchant Banking is the issue manager for the issuance of 4 lakh unit shares.
