Greenlife Hydropower Limited To Issue 34,96,400 Shares From Magh 23
Greenlife Hydropower Limited will be issuing 34.96 lakh units IPO share to the general public from Magh 23, 2077.The applicants can apply for a minimum of 10 units and a maximum of 1,00,000 units. The early closing date of Greenlife Hydropower Limited IPO is on Magh 27 and if the issue is not fully subscribed till Magh 27, then you can apply till Falgun 7, 2077.
Previously SEBON approved the IPO issue of Greenlife Hydropower Limited for the general public. The company will be issuing 34,96,400 shares for the general public. BOK Capital is the issue manager for the Greenlife Hydropower IPO issue. The paid-up capital of the hydropower company will reach Rs 1.80 arba after issuance of IPO.
The amount raised by 34,96,400 shares makes up 19.42% of the issued capital. It has already issued IPO for the people affected by the project.
